Payment Methods

Refunds, Disputes & Chargebacks

Chargebacks that are unauthorized, invalid, or inconsistent with our stated policies may be formally disputed using order records, delivery confirmation, and evidence of policy acceptance at checkout.

 


 

Fraud Prevention & Order Review

To protect our customers and our business, Wellness Metal reserves the right to review, delay, hold, or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or abuse.
