Payment Methods

Any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping-related charges are calculated and clearly presented during checkout before order confirmation.

Refunds, Disputes & Chargebacks
Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Billing Terms.
If you believe there is an error with your transaction, we strongly encourage you to Contact Us prior to initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks that are unauthorized, invalid, or inconsistent with our stated policies may be formally disputed using order records, delivery confirmation, and evidence of policy acceptance at checkout.
Fraud Prevention & Order Review
To protect our customers and our business, Wellness Metal reserves the right to review, delay, hold, or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or abuse.
