SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Wellness Metal currently ships within the United States only.
ORDER PROCESSING
Order Cutoff
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within the following window:
- Transit Time: 6–8 business days
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–10 business days
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All U.S. orders qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
CARRIER SERVICES
Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers, including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Carrier selection is determined at our discretion based on order size, destination, and logistics efficiency.
TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery to the address provided at checkout.
RESPONSIBILITY AFTER DELIVERY
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Wellness Metal is not responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package appears delayed or lost while in transit, please Contact Us promptly. We will assist in coordinating with the carrier and determining appropriate next steps where applicable.
