Refund policy
At Wellness Metal, we take pride in the quality of our products. If a return is necessary, the terms below outline our return and exchange policy in full.
Eligibility & Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
- In original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
All items are inspected prior to shipment. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify info@wellnessmetal.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photo or video documentation of the issue and packaging.
Upon verification, Wellness Metal will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for a damage-related return.
Non-Defective Returns
Returns requested due to preference, change of mind, or ordering error are accepted within the return window. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, handling fees, and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.
Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
To request authorization, contact info@wellnessmetal.com with your order number. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Items must be shipped exactly as instructed and securely packaged in their original materials.
Wellness Metal is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Refunds will not be issued for items showing signs of use, installation, alteration, or damage not related to shipping.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet all return eligibility requirements. Wellness Metal reserves the right to offer a refund in place of an exchange when necessary.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, customized, or designated as non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are clearly identified on the product page prior to purchase.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking deductions. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
