The Nomad Sporty Drawstring Backpack fixes the one thing every drawstring bag gets wrong: it has a separate shoe compartment, so muddy trainers stop living pressed against your clean kit. Everything else goes into the main compartment, and the two never have to meet at any point in the journey back home.

Additional pockets handle the things that otherwise vanish into the bottom of a sack, which is to say keys, a phone, a wallet, and a set of headphones. The drawstring closes fast and the cords double as the shoulder straps, so the bag flattens down to almost nothing when it is empty and slides into a locker, a suitcase, or another bag without taking up any real space at all.
