The Talon Secure Lifting Hooks take grip out of the equation on your heaviest pulling work. Steel hooks catch the bar so your fingers do not have to hold it, which means the set ends when your back and legs are done rather than when your hands give out. Padded wrist wraps spread the load across the wrist instead of concentrating it in one narrow point.

They earn their place on deadlifts, shrugs, rows, lat pulldowns, and long sets of pull-ups, and on any day your grip is already toasted from earlier work. The adjustable strap closes tight and stays put through a set, and the non-slip surface keeps the hook seated on the knurling instead of creeping sideways.

Use them for volume and top-end pulls, but keep some straight-bar work hook-free so your own grip strength still develops. Seat both hooks the same way before you lift, and step away from the bar rather than fighting a bad setup mid-rep.
