The Citadel Adjustable Steel Dip Station brings one of the hardest bodyweight movements into a home gym without needing a full rig. Dips build chest, triceps, and shoulders faster than most machine work does, and a proper steel frame is what makes doing them at home feel solid rather than improvised over the backs of two kitchen chairs.

The height adjusts, so you can set it for full dips, lower it for inclined push-ups and rows, or use it for L-sits, leg raises, and tuck holds. Steel construction gives it the weight and rigidity that plastic-jointed frames simply do not have, and the footprint stays small enough for a spare room, a garage, or even a reasonably sized balcony.

Available in black or in yellow. Assemble it fully and then check every bolt and every pin before the first set and periodically afterwards, set it on a level floor, and confirm the height locks have properly engaged before putting your bodyweight on it. Stay within the stated weight limit. Dips are demanding on the shoulders, so warm up properly, build your depth gradually over weeks, and stop at the point where your shoulders start complaining rather than pushing through it.
