The Gauntlet Training Gloves cover the two things that end a session early: torn palms and tired wrists. Shock-absorbing padding sits across the palm exactly where a bar or a handlebar digs in, and an integrated wrist wrap gives the joint support during pressing, rowing, and heavy holds without needing a separate strap wound over the top.

The cut leaves the fingers free, so you keep the feel of a bar, a dumbbell, or a set of brake levers rather than working through a mitten. They suit weight training, general gym work, and cycling equally, which is unusual, since most gloves are built for one and merely tolerated in the other. The wrist wrap adjusts, so you can run it loose for warm-ups and tighten it for working sets.

Sizes run M, L, and XL in black, orange, dark blue, green, white, light blue, and red. Measure around the widest part of your palm to size them properly. Air them out after training rather than leaving them balled up in the bottom of a bag, and wash them cool when they need it.
